Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled within a 24hr frame will be able to transfer their deposit to a later date. Appointments cancelled in less than 24hrs will forfeit their deposit and will have to pay another deposit. No shows will be charged a 20% of service and will forfeit deposit.
